Aubrey Allen was passionate about education and was innovative in his business thinking driven by his desire to escape poverty. Indeed he obtained the first slaughter licence in Coventry and used to do the slaughtering himself on a piece of grazing land he purchased to rear the animals.

TRUEfoods create fresh, natural stocks in exactly the same way any high calibre chef would. The process consists of a long, slow cook, roasting bones where appropriate, and passing the stock through double muslin twice.
